Not my first concern: IBS is a non specific category of GI complaints, not immediately attributable to a particular disease or organ. I think you need to be seen by a medical doctor, so make a call and get an appointment. I'm concerned you may have something more definitive than IBS. Please, get a consultation with your doctor.
