Pregnancy ?: It is possible that you are pregnant. If it has been 5-7 days after possible conception, a home pregnancy test can indicate whether you are pregnant. I would also see your primary care provider for a more sensitive pregnancy test to confirm if your home test is positive. It is also possible that you are having an anovulatory cycle and are just spotting early. Again seek medical attention.
