Backpain: Right shoulder pain most probably muscular, if have noticed association with gas, you identified the cause and treat it accordingly. If the pain continues to be intense, see your physician.

I woke up with a sharp pain in the front of my right shoulder. Hurt with movement. As the day went on I noticed that if I crossed my right arm across my body i would feel sharp stabbing pain just to the right of the center of my chest and upper back.
