Gluten elimination improves autoimmune thyroditis? hashitomoto's. can it be reversed forever?

No it does not.: There is absolutely no relationship with "gluten" elimination, gluten enteropathy, and hashimoto's thyroiditis. Most people with hashimoto's thyroiditis do not relize that antibodies can fluctuate wildly with time. I have had hundreds of patients over 25 years with stong fm hx for hypothyroidism, who have had low level thyroiditis disappear and reappear. No relation with gluten exists!
