Complicated: The host of possibilities is gi-normous given your age, location and recurrence of the pain. Therefore, I would start with your PCP and/or Ob/Gyn and have a systematic review of the possibilities based on a detailed history and physical exam supplemented by imaging. This might include a CT/sono of the abdomen and pelvis.
