Coleslaw?: I don't see why you can't have coleslaw as long as it is properly prepared. You can get a food borne illness anytime from anything. As far as listeria, while it is theoretically possible, cole slaw is not a typical food where it is found. Muscle aches, fever, vomiting and diarrhea are the more common symptoms.
