Swelling: Sounds like a lymph node. When we have any type of infection our body filters the bad stuff out through the lymph nodes which are located throughout our body. That area drains the lower extremity as well as the reproductive organs. Make sure to see your doctor to have this checked out, simple tests can rule things out. Hope this helps and swelling goes down.
