I have a lump bigger then a quarter size still on my pubic area and was wondering what it may be very sore and hard have tried popping it wont go away?

See a Dermatologist: How long has this been present? Stop trying to pop what seems to be a large hair follicle cyst. A dermatologist will give you an answer. Cysts are benign, not cancerous and usually easily removed as an office procedure. Because of the position of the growth the recovery would likely be two weeks without sex. Do your self a favor get medical advice and you'll sleep better.
