Over the counter med: From what you describe you may need an antibiotic to help your problem. if you have a physician who will give you a prescription that would be the best.

See a dermatologist: There are numerous therapies. If you have significant acne you will respond best to oral med. Minocycline, doxycycline, spironolactone, certain birth control pills, and isotretinoin are possible remedies.
