Not a problem: If you are having pain or trouble using the arm, that's one thing. However it it's just that it looks different, there's nothing to worry about. First, no one is ever symmetrical on both sides. Second, you use one arm more than the other (right or left handed) so the muscle structure is a bit different. No worries!
