It's a bit unclear: As to what you mean is going on. Do you mean the folds going from the sides of your nose to the edges of your lips - so called nasolabial folds - are getting deeper? Did your primary care doctor refer you to a dermatologist? If you provide more information, or better yet, consider a formal consultation we may be able to provide better guidance. Best of luck.
