Local trauma?: You may have inadvertently caused trauma during intercourse, and will need a pelvic examination to see if there are any vaginal or rectal tears causing your pain and bleeding. Please go to an OB Gyn or ED if you have no regular OB and get a pelvic done. I would refrain from sex until you find out what is causing the bleeding and pain
