Stress: Changing jobs is one of life's great stressors. Can be manifest in many ways. Stress causes ulcers, migraine headaches, and heart attacks. It sounds like your gastrointestinal system is your stress target. Try to regulate your schedule. Get plenty of exercise (great stress-reducer); increase dietary fiber (Metamucil--great stool normalizer); Get plenty of sleep ( Melatonin 5-10 mg may help).
