Small: Endometrial ablation is the surgical destruction of the lining of the uterus. It not appropriate for women who wish to become pregnant. Pregnancy is possible after an ablation since often times not all the lining is destroyed. However, pregnancy after ablation usually have more complications such as miscarriage, preterm labor and delivery, malpresentation, etc.
