Yes,they go together: Yes, it is good to take probiotics (I usually recommend full fat plain yogurt ) together with Nistatin. You may not feel well if too much candida dies off at the same time and a lot of toxins are released in a short period. The yogurt and other probiotic foods ( or probiotic capsules ,if you do not like food) can be only helpful to soften this die off reaction Best, Siranush Cholakian MD

Yes: Yes, is it OK to take both at the same time. Nystatin will kill Candida and probiotics will repopulate your gut with good bacteria.
