Have there any treatment before pregnancy among first cousin ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Genetic: Pregnancy with close relatives as parents increases the risk of genetic disease because they are more likely to carry the same recessive genes than those who are not related and only with 2 of the same recessive gene, one from mom and one from dad, does the baby risk having the disease. Unfortunately, there is no prenatal prevention for this other than unrelated parents.
