RUPTURED CYST: the small amount of fluid in the CT scan could be from ruptured ovarian cyst she will still having pain until the body absorb the fluid hydrate well take ibuprofen for pain and use a heat pad on the area of pain if she start having chills and her abdominal pain increase take her back to the ER she still can have appendicitis in spite of all the negative tests

Right sided?: I suggest an immediate return to the ED or a second opinion. This IS appendicitis until proven otherwise. Please return immediately for repeat blood tests and surgical evaluation.
