Not the way you mean: Acetazolamide and topiramate are carbonic anhydrase (CA) inhibitors. There is an interest in finding novel CA inhibitors in plants; many are being screened for these. A few have been identified in e.g. red wine, turmeric & milk thistle. But to get enough for therapeutic effect would mean ingesting LARGE quantities of these "natural" products which contain LOTS of other chemicals too, not all nice.
