Sure...: Try food ssources of probiotics, like cultured low fat/no fat dairy, e.g. yogurt or kefir, miso, tempeh, kim chee, sauerkraut, sourdough bread. These are easy, tasty, healthy, nutritious sources of probiotics. Various products available without Rx. Probiotics, per se, are not a major factor in bp causation, or Rx. Diet certainly can be.

Probiotics...: Probiotics should not interfere with your hypertension medication. Some studies have actually shown that there may be a link between probiotic consumption and reduced blood pressure; although the studies were not definitive and more research is needed to make that claim.
