Itchy feet, HFMD: You can try simple things like an OTC steroid cream to see if it help alleviate some of the itch. Tepid bath with an oatmeal soothing bath additive can also be helpful at times. Try and keep the feet uncovered and cool. Sweating/heat can make the itch more intense. Continue to use the diphenhydramine as an adjunctive therapy in combination with these other measures.
