Its unknown: the safe use of Vape pens is not known as there ae no standards as to the fluid used in them, the nicotine content or anything else that may be in them. Some use a fluid similar yo antifreeze. I would err on the safe side and not use them.

May be harmful !: As of 11 SEP 2019 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 6 deaths & > 450 possible cases of severe lung injury in 33 states & 1 jurisdiction related to vaping. The mechanism of injury is poorly understood at this time. Don't recommend vaping.
