Sprained ankle september 9th. had xrays but nothings broken. pt 3x/week. i have no range of motion and its swollen and bruised stil. any ideas?

Rest: I would rest your ankle and do some pool therapy on your own. In addition, an anti-inflammatory may be of some benefit. Keep it elevated as much as possible. If no better in two weeks, recommend seeing an orthopaedist
