Could be: Most patients with appendicitis would get significantly worse within 2 weeks, but some people a milder form. There are some viral infections which could account for your symptoms. Other ideas include a hernia, an ovary problem, endometriosis, pregnancy, or much more rarely some kind of tumor. See your doctor for a complete evaluation.
