Seeing an OB?: Pregnancy tests are based on the detection of the pregnancy hormone HCG and are very sensitive. There is a remote possibility that you experienced an early pregnancy loss that then triggered a false pregnancy (pseudocyesis) and continued symptoms of pregnancy. Or perhaps your normal cycle hasn't kicked back in yet. Regardless, you need to see an OBGYN to find out what's going on.
