Indoor air pollution: I get the feeling that your heat source is malfunctioning or inappropriate. It will make a difference what sort of heating you have and if you own or rent. It could be as modest as a good filter or as expensive as a new system. If it's 'bad', you need to correct it or you can get really ill. I'd need more info to say more. URI: You may probably have viral upper respiratory infection or allergic sinus. Try conservative treatment with tylenol (acetaminophen) and cough suppressant. If start to have fever or discolored phlegm that may be a sign of bacterial infection.
