Unlikely: The heavy bleeding could be due to the fact that you ovulated late so you had more time to grow a thicker uterine lining and so have more to slough off or this could be a very early miscarriage. With 4 negative pregnancy tests it is very unlikely that you are pregnant at this time. Better luck next month. You don't consider it a problem until you have been trying and haven't conceived for 1 year.
