Had a cough/cold for a few days, but was wheezing with rapid breathing last night (fever 99.0) today, breathing normal, no fever, but vomited this am.

Assuming mom is: Asking what to do. Have your child seen by the pediatrician for a sick child visit today. The breathing described above is a concern. There is otherwise no way to know what you may be dealing with here. If there is a recent history of travel, please make certain to tell your doctor where and when you travelled or if you had any out of town visitors lately. Good luck!
