Try not to worry: Baby's move so much, that cord's around the neck are not uncommon. While you can't do anything to reverse it, you can keep track of your baby's well being. Your doctor has likely explained kick counts to you. You can keep track of how often the baby moves, which is always a reassuring sign. I would also assume that your OB will be keeping a close eye on baby as well for any signs of distress.
