Walking: Your mom,s medical history is not stated but walking does not hurt anyone. she should start and gradually increase increase intensity and duration only as tolerated. Her doctor should monitor her progress and educate her on healthy eating. You can make it fun for her by joining her and acting as her dance partner. Good luck
