I was at work cleaning and was fine then came home and my shoulder was aching real bad and there is a quarter size lump under my skin , what is it ?

?hematoma: It's possible that there was a slight tear of tissue with a small blood collection under the skin causing the lump. An acute bursitis with some fluid collection is another possibility. IF cold packs and NSAIDS like ibuprofen,if you can take them,Don't help, see your physician for evaluation and treatment.
