Is there any way to lower your blood pressure with out taking medicine?

No-Fun Is In!! Live!: A knife in your neck would do it, but this isn't a psych question, right? Aside from that, the best place to start is with a healthy diet with moderate salt in it (don't add too much) and a consistent exercise program (3-4 times a week of aerobics and/or intervals for 20-45 minutes). If you're overweight, lose it. Don't smoke or use drugs. I guess what I'm saying is the "no fun" lifestyle. Sorry
