Pilonidal cyst?: Have your fp/pcp examine the spot. If it's an infected pilonidal cyst, (s)he will probably lance it, remove hair/debris, & pack it with gauze. Antibiotics may/may not be prescribed depending on the situation. Follow up with doc for repacking & wound checks as directed.
