I get huge painful zits/boils at the same time every year it seems. why is this happening?

Acne: Certain skin problems are in fact cyclical. Acne however is cyclical only in the sense that sun during the summertime does tend to help it somewhat and during the wintertime that sun is absent. That's just one thought but generally speaking this seasonal change didn't not make the acne better or worse except if it's due to sun exposure.
