Carpal tunnel: The vibrating sensation is likely carpal tunnel syndrome or another type of nerve entrapment. A pinched nerve in the neck can cause the hand vibration sensation too. Sciatica is unrelated to the hand vibration. Back and radiating leg pain (sciatica) is caused by an irritated/pinched nerve root in the lumbar spine. See a neurosurgeon to help you understanding your symptoms.
