Difficult to say w/o: bloodwork done, but more important to see why you are having vertigo. Normally, it's not from a vitamin deficiency, and you need to have that worked up medically by your doctor, or a referral to an ears, nose, throat specialist. Taking supplements will not change the outcome of the vertigo. Chronic back spasm tension can sometimes be helped w/magnesium and D3, but talk to your Dr. first!
