Call your surgeon: If the pain is unbearable, something is amiss. Your surgeon knows exactly what was done and why you might be in so much pain. Feel better soon...

Call your dentist: Call your dentist or oral surgeon if you still have pain 48-72 hours after your extractions. Dry socket pain typically starts about 2-3 days after the tooth was extracted. Other symptoms of dry socket include bad breath and an unpleasant smell. See your dentist ASAP.
