Not likely: Hiatal hernias are usually asymptomatic, and if symptomatic, usually just cause acid reflux. Your symptoms of eructation ardmore likely due to acid reflux, dysmotility of the esophagus (which can be caused by flexural or tramadol, or some sort of diaphragmatic spasm.
