Ask your surgeon: Although if your wound is healed and your vaginal bleeding has stopped, it is probably fine to go swimming. The question is whether your cervix is closed sufficient to keep the pool water out of your uterus. Most will say to wait for your 6 weeks post partum check before you go swimming.
