Wrong Question: You are never going to determine whether you have HIV from a symptom. HIV is transmitted to people engaging in unprotected sex or sharing needles. Your chances of contracting HIV starts low but increases exponentially the more you engage in these practices. If you have, get tested, if not, quit worrying about HIV. A mobile lump not attached to breast is probably benign but should be biopsied.
