You need help: A week is starting to be a long time & you are having symptoms..the fever is the most concerning. You need medical attention. Hopefully there is a free (Salvation Army?) or some kind of clinic where you can go. You need a rectal exam and evaluation for obstruction. Continue drinking lots of water...warm/hot if possible. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) may help. You need to go in TODAY! Good luck!
