SLIL, LSIL, or HSIL?: The answer largely relates to management of your Pap. SLIL is not in the usual scheme: Pap is reported as LOW GRADE Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion or HIGH GRADE...and also whether or not your HPV test is positive. You may need colposcopy (exam of cervix). As you may have HPV (explanation of + Pap) to start using condoms now would have uncertain benefit. HPV should ultimately clear for both.
