My heart sometimes beats 'faster' and sometimes neutral, is it just normal or not?

It can be normal: Each individual can have significant variability in his/her respective heart rates. It depends on how fast is fast and if it's a "regular" rhythm, and when it is fast. If you provide more information, we may be able to provide better guidance.
