LMP was 8/24/20, IUI was 9/5/20. I had first ultrasound yesterday at what I thought would be 5w6d only saw gestational sac. Is my dating wrong or should I be worried by us result? Going back in 7-10 days for another us but cant help worry?

First ultrasound 6w 3d only found gestational sac & yolk sac no fetal pole. Went after 2 weeks found same result but the sac measured 7w 6d miscarry?
I had my first ultra sound at 7 weeks. Fetus had heartbeat of 144 and measured 6w6d. When I meant with OB she said gesational sac was irregular and possible sign of miscarriage. Any hope for it fixing itself? Have scan in a few days.
My hCG yesterday was 778. I also had an ultrasound done at the same time. It showed a gestational sac measuring approximately 4mm. Is this normal at 4 weeks and 6 days (currently 5 weeks)?
