Elbow carrying angle: is the angle made by the arm and forearm where they meet with the elbow. An angle of 20 degrees is more common in women, and typically is a values angle meaning the hand is out from the body with the hands down at the side and the palms facing forward and this is normal for some. If you are referring to an angle where the elbow sticks out, then that is often from an old fracture and correction OK
