See md: Your history of full rom but pain w/ lifting objects suggests the most common dx. Made w/ elbow pain: tendinitis.( specifically lateral epicondylitis or ' tennis elbow'). Try taking a NSAID for a week , avoid power grip activities w/ this extremity for a couple of weeks and see if it doesn't improve. If not, get a referral to an ors . Best of luck!
