Not dangerous if: These drugs do interact to increase the effects of each other. You may be extra drowsy and have trouble concentrating or feel dizzy. As long as you are not doing a task that requires clarity or operating a dangerous machine - NO DRIVING, PLEASE! - you'll not do harm to your body for the short term anyway. I hope (I expect you do too) that your need for these is short term. If not - start seeking.
