Yes: In the real world, this can be true. Families can have any combination of ABO blood types, for a variety of reasons.

Not possible...: If dad has A+ blood & mom is O+ then the baby would have to be A+ or O+ also. To get a blood type of B+ there has to be some "B" type blood (so, dad could be B+ or AB+).
