Yes: Fruit juice gives you all the sugar and none of the fiber to delay absorption. 8 ounces of orange juice has the same sugar content as 8 ounces of soda. Stick to fresh fruit. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Depends: Juice contains sugar which is not good but it has fiber and some vitamins and electrolytes that are good. Soda has sugar and some electrolytes. So juice in small quantity could be a part of a healthy diet but in my opinion not soda
