Seek MD: chronic nausea/vomit would require workup but more info needed eg drugs (esp opioids, psych meds), recreational drugs, other medical probs(eg diabetes). Urgent attention if blood, weight loss/dehydration, family history cancer, persistent. See if water temp makes difference. suggest seeing gastroenterologist.
