Vague: As it turns out, these are very vague symptoms. It would be nice to know what tests were negative as more tests might be available. The best answer is to see the doctor that ordered these tests and continue to have follow up. Good luck.

Nonspecific symptoms: Many, many things can cause these nonspecific symptoms, including psychological problems. More information, including which tests have been done, would be needed to know if all the important causes have been excluded. If that has been done, then sometimes the answer is addressing anxiety that can produce bodily symptoms like these. Work with your doctor.
